I joined as a junior faculty in the department of Gynecology in a renowned medical university. It was my first day. After a brief introduction, I planned to go to the library for some books. There was pregnant delivery going on in the maternity room. I asked permission and entered to see the offspring coming out of the womb. The offspring turned to me with a wink and said “This is how we come out”. I fell down unconscious.
